            Application:

              1000kg semi-continuous vacuum induction melting furnace

              It is suitable for melting and casting special steel, the high temperature metal alloy(like: Hastlley、Inconel、Monel ) 

            under the condition of the vacuum and protective atmosphere.

              The furnace is made up of feeding chamber, melting chamber and casting chamber. Every chamber is sealed by the vacuum 

            valve, which can achieve the precise casting of big nickel alloy foundry and reduce shrinkage cavity to improve the quality of the foundry. 

            Features:

            The furnace is made up of feeding chamber, melting chamber and casting chamber.

            Vacuum system consists of oil-vapor booster pump, roots pump and rotary piston pump.

            Cart of casting mould case goes out or in by electric motor.

            PLC control can achieve the automatic operation.
